Collective Amnesia Rework Announcement

Dorian has consistently been one of the most-used characters and his winrate has remained slightly above where we would like. Given it had no drawbacks previously, Collective Amnesia was one of the abilities we most wanted to rework and make more dynamic.

    This rework will enter playtesting in the near future.
