Survival Bias Balance Update Announcement

As shown above, we are making extensive changes to the Ruiko Special Ability Survival Bias. This new version addresses concerns that made Ruiko have an undue influence over matches, specifically as a member of Team Detective. Additionally, a new "fakeout" function has been added which is currently unique to this ability.
